Succulents have such a presence as they are so alien in their form. With the California drought I would have no problem planting these beautiful plants in my yard.

Nature is the greatest artist of all, who occasionally allows us the perfect moment to capture and share her beauty. I love the challenge of composing an image and capturing a mood through the camera lens preserving that moment. Photographs allow people to view these moments through a perspective other than their own, whether it is through the veins of a fierce volcano, the soul of a noble tree, or the petals of new life on a desolate plant.
